I was born in 1974 in Arusha,.that's north west of Arusha Region at Mbulu district, I did my Primary and Secondary education here. This is where I first became interested in the bush and as a kid I did a few field trips to Ngorongoro conservation area and Manyara National Park where I saw my First Black rhino. Since then it has been my favorite animal. From there I joined a college at Tabora (northern part of Tanzania) where I completed my education in 1996.
In 1997 I joined the Oyster Bay Hotel where I started in maintenance for the Hotel from there I went to Mikumi for one year as a builder. My love of the bush was renewed and while I was building, I would be lucky to see lions and elephants coming down to drink at the water hole. From there I moved back to Oyster Bay Hotel for a few years and then moved to Beho Beho to help build the new camp. During this time I have been fortunate to be a driver and see how wonderful the Selous game reserve is. I'm now Trainee Guide at Beho Beho where I can hopefully fulfill my dream and then one day I will be the best guide.
In 2008 I went to Malta to do a few courses in English-Computer studies -First aid -Fire Fighting-Shooting and interacting with different cultures. It was my first time out of Tanzania and it was an amazing experience.
